This penthouse was made by Wheeler Kearns Architects. The apartment is on the last floor of a former hotel in Chicago. It has an incredible view over the rooftops of skyscrapers. Designers have found a harmony between presentability and coziness. There are a lot of light and bright details. Everybody has their own place. Also, there is enough space to host guests.
